STEAMPRO is local, family-owned and operated and was established in 2008. STEAMPRO’s owner, Tony Smith, first got his experience in the industry as a teen when he worked for a carpet cleaner in the small Eastern North Carolina town where he grew up. Tony’s father later started his own carpet cleaning business, furthering Tony’s experience and industry knowledge. This experience gave him the necessary tools to start STEAMPRO in Rolesville, NC in February of 2008.

Tony has a four-year degree along with a background as a youth director and property manager.  This makes it easy for him to connect with each customer on a personal level. He enjoys helping clients understand the process involved in each service and further educating them on how to extend the life of those services when he leaves. He continues to educate himself on the most current and effective methods of cleaning your home or commercial property.

Tony’s wife, Julie (a Raleigh native), joined STEAMPRO in 2013 when the growing business became too much for Tony to handle alone. They enjoyed working together and worked well as a team until 2019 when they brought two perfect twin baby boys into the world.  At that time Julie decided to be a stay-at-home mom to be with her babies!  STEAMPRO definitely misses her but she is fulfilling a lifelong dream of being a mom!

STEAMPRO is an extension of Tony and Julie’s family which is why they try to take care of every customer with the utmost respect and professionalism. Our goal is for every customer to have an exceptional experience with STEAMPRO from their first conversation with us to the follow-up after the job is completed.

Because we are consumers too, we don’t think you should have to pay outrageous prices for quality service. Our prices are simple and comprehensive, meaning we will not add on charges when we arrive for the job, and there are no hidden fees.
